To use R statistical software package
R is an integrated suite of software facilities for data manipulation, calculation and graphical display. Below assignments and coding scripts describe how to use R while learning introductory statistics. The purpose is to allow this fine software to be used in lower-level courses where often MINITAB, SPSS, Excel, etc. are used. There are about 25 packages supplied with R (called standard and recommended packages) and many more are available through the CRAN family of Internet sites and elsewhere.
